Applicantswhowishtoapplyfordisasterassistanceshouldhavethefollowinginformationreadyfortheirregistration:SocialSecuritynumber;pre-disasteraddressoftheprimaryresidence;nameofalloccupantsofthepre-disasterhousehold,typesofinsurancecoverage;currenttelephonenumberandmailingaddress;bankaccountandroutingnumbersfordirectdepositoffinancialassistance,ifeligible.
