70-year-old Grant County man located after previously being reported missing

Kentucky State Police say that a Grant County man has been located after previously being reported missing.Police said that James Lang, 70, had been missing since 10 a.m. Sunday morning. They publicly issued a Golden Alert to find him just after 6 p.m.A Golden Alert is a type of missing person’s alert specifically oriented around older adults within the state of Kentucky.However, just before 10 p.m. police issued an update to the search, saying that Lang had been successfully located.When he was pronounced missing, police said that Lang had last been seen in the Crittenden area wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. According to authorities, Lang was known by his loved ones to regularly suffer from episodes of short-term memory loss and confusion.Upon going missing, Lang was believed to have left his residence in “a dark gray F150 pickup with blue stripes and ‘Ford’ on the back window in three places” with a plate number that read “ACE123”.
