The Latest on Bowling Green’s Courtship of Vince Marrow

The Kentucky football offseason has had very few lulls. Next week, it will ramp back up for spring practice. Before the action begins over at the Joe Craft Football Training Facility, there was one other potential roster move involving Vince Marrow.
On Wednesday, FootballScoop reported that the longtime Kentucky associate head coach was a candidate for the Bowling Green head coaching vacancy. The MAC school in Northwest Ohio is in the middle of a delayed coaching search, thanks to Scot Loeffler’s abrupt departure for the NFL. With Marrow’s deep ties to the area, pursuing an opportunity to be a head coach made sense.
Kentucky Sports Radio has learned that he interviewed with Bowling Green on Monday, but the conversation stopped there. Marrow will remain at Kentucky.
