It’s been a very winter-like start to December here in Central and Eastern Kentucky as another clipper system dropped a light coating of snow to begin the week. As is typically the case the stubborn cloud cover and low level moisture stuck around for a while on this Tuesday with a few flurries squeezed out before the drier air worked back into the region. Even with some afternoon sunshine, temperatures struggled to crawl back into the low 30s, keeping us well below average for this time of the year.
