Kentucky woman allegedly running unlicensed day care indicted on human trafficking, child abuse charges

According to the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office, 27-year-old Katelyn Rogers was indicted by a grand jury on human trafficking and criminal abuse charges.
While running the child care facility, she allegedly coerced and manipulated an employee to work without pay, “using intimidation to compel her continued labor,” according to the sheriff’s office.
