Ineachdomainofchildwell-being,Kentuckyrankswithinthebottom10ofstatesforatleastonedataindicator.Thatincludespercentofchildreninpoverty,percentof8thgradersproficientinmath,percentofyouthwhoare overweightorobese,andtheteenbirthrate.
